Once you have completed your EIP payment, please return to this page and refresh the page in order to complete the device unlock process.
If paid in full, and with no past-due balance, this device can be unlocked on mdu.permanentUnlockDate
To unlock this device:
- Make sure you have a
T-mobile SIM inserted orT-Mobile eSIM setup on the device. - Access the Play Store and download the
T-Mobile Device Unlock (Pixel) app. - Open the app and choose Check eligibility.
- Select Permanent Unlock, then wait for the unlock to complete.
- Restart your device.
To unlock this device:
- Swipe up on your Home screen to open your Apps list.

- Choose the desired device unlock type:
- Permanent Unlock: Unlocks device permanently from the network
- Temporary Unlock: Unlocks device temporarily for 30 days, up to 5 unlocks per year. (Will not work over
Wi-Fi .)
- Wait while the device requests the unlock.
- Restart the device to apply the settings.
